Q. How long are the boot camps?
A. The Boot Camps are 4 week sessions. Camps meet for an hour to an hour and a half per class. We have 3 options: 3 or 4 or 5 days per week. The days that run over an hour we will tell you in advance so you can fit it in your schedule. Classes do start on-time, and yes there definitely is a penalty for being late.

Q. What type of equipment is required?
A. No fancy intimidating equipment needed here. We use a very easily adaptable sequence of the following: medicine balls, a multi-dimensional variety of heavy (punching) bags, tension bands, bosu balls, fitness balls, jogging, aerobic floor work and an incredible staff for motivation. We have a no quit attitude here!

Q. When are the class sessions?
Classes meet the following times:

  • 6:00 am - M, W, F
  • 9:00 am - S

You may choose any combination to train, however, we encourage you to do at least 2 early mornings per week. See our calendar for dates

Q. Are there many people in the camps?
A. We have a limit, no more than 30. we really like to see the buddy system, it’s a good motivator for every camper.

Q. Are the boot camps expensive?
A. Absolutley not! Personal trainers charge $50-70 per session. Our costs average much less than that. Please see our rates located on the rate sheet. Keep in mind it's less expensive to sign up with a friend. See our camp fees

Q. My concern is that my body can't handle it, what do I do?
A. You will be pushed that is a fact, however, it's not any fun to be so sore or injured that you can’t accomplish your goals. That is why we individually tailor many excercises during your boot camp. The health assessment you complete is very important to achieving your goals. Helpful tip: keep your water intake high during the camps. This camp is FUN!

Q. What about after I complete my boot camp, what are my options?
A. Maintenance is very important, some may want to sign up again for another boot camp as the motivation is so very important to your future training.

A. We have water at the location, you must provide your own bottle. Bring your own towel. We have restrooms at the location. Dress appropriatly in loose fitting exercise apparel and wear shoes. We do go outside on weather permitting days.

Q. How Do I Register?
A. Registration is done by stopping by the facility. Classes will fill fast. Class size is limited Class in all boot camps to give you the desired personal attention. (please see registrataion process)
